He has held leadership roles as Controller, Director of Finance, and CFO across diverse industries, including home building and remodeling, manufacturing, IT/telecommunications, hospitality, and property management. In addition to financial reporting, Lee is highly skilled in ERP implementation, budgeting and forecasting, and risk management. His broad experience provides him with a unique perspective and the ability to approach challenges with innovative, out-of-the-box solutions. Known for his strong business acumen, relentless work ethic, and willingness to ask the tough questions, Lee consistently drives financial clarity, accountability, and is results driven.

With over six years in Austin’s real estate market, Adam has led land acquisition and development for more than 10,000 homesites. Skilled in site selection, due diligence, and navigating zoning and permits, he identifies high-potential opportunities and expertly manages complex development projects from start to finish. Adam’s expertise and strong relationships drive the creation of vibrant, sustainable neighborhoods that align with Austin’s growth.

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Patrick Floyd brings a legacy of real estate development and a lifelong passion for building to his role as Construction Manager at Masonwood Development. From a family of land development experts, Patrick was immersed in the industry from an early age and has since built a diverse portfolio of experience spanning commercial and single-family projects across Austin and San Antonio.

With a strong focus on quality, precision, and execution, Patrick is known for his hands-on leadership, clear communication, and attention to every detail, from groundbreaking to final build. His deep understanding of the construction process, coupled with his passion for community-driven development, plays a key role in bringing Masonwood Development’s projects to life with integrity and excellence.

With over 15 years of industry experience, including 7 years in real estate development and a decade and a half of collaboration with Austin’s top builders, Tara Hatley brings deep expertise and strategic insight to her role as Project Manager at Masonwood Development. She expertly guides projects through every stage, from feasibility analysis and entitlement to zoning and execution, ensuring each detail aligns with the broader development vision.

Known for her precision, professionalism, and collaborative spirit, Tara excels at coordinating cross-functional teams and cultivating strong consultant relationships. Her commitment to innovation and quality makes her an integral force in transforming bold ideas into thriving, master-planned communities across Central Texas.

With a distinguished background in military service with the U.S. Air Force and operational leadership, Vail contributes extensive experience in security, community management, and project development to Masonwood Development. Having led initiatives across Texas and Nevada, including emergency response and infrastructure projects, Vail brings precision and strong communication to every role. Passionate about excellence and community enhancement, Vail helps drive Masonwood’s vision for sustainable growth.

Born in San Antonio, Nina serves as Office Manager at Masonwood Development, bringing expertise in operations, administration, and team coordination. She ensures efficient workflows and clear communication across projects with precision and care. Passionate about collaboration and sustainable community growth, Nina plays a vital role in advancing Masonwood’s mission to create thriving communities in Central Texas.
