At Masonwood Homes, we pride ourselves on transparency, efficiency, and communication. You’ll always know exactly what to expect, where you are in the process, and who to contact with your questions. We love our work – and we’re confident you will, too.

The home buying process includes these six steps.

Getting Started: Sign the sales agreement, make an earnest money payment, and review and return the sales process document.
The First Week: Start the loan process, make appointments at our Design Center to choose your interior selections and options, meet with a Smart Home Designer (optional), and finalize your interior selections.
Construction Starts: Meet with the construction manager onsite to review design selections and set expectations for the process. Later on you’ll have a second meeting to review progress.
Buyer Orientation: Review the various systems in your home and how to maintain them with your construction manager.
Closing: Finalize your mortgage information, schedule and attend your closing, and pick up your keys! The entire process takes approximately 8 to 12 months.
