More Than a Casino Night

This evening is about more than just a fabulous casino celebration. It’s a night designed to show our support for our heroes by day and help them become the real winners every day!

Throughout the evening, we will create real moments of connection, giving local veterans direct access to resources, support, and community. A speaker from the Wounded Warrior Project will share firsthand insight into the challenges veterans face and the life changing impact of support. A dedicated space for veterans to connect, ask questions, and learn about services available to them and their families.

Donation stations and QR codes will be placed throughout the event, making it simple to give in the moment. Contributions directly support the Wounded Warrior Project and remain open for 72 hours after the event extending the impact beyond a single evening

The Heart of Heroes By Day

Our Why

Heroes by Day was inspired as a deeply personal tribute to the brother of our very own Vail, Masonwood’s Development Operations Manager. United States Army Warranty office 2, Gary Vail, served for nearly 17 years and known for this candor, leadership, and tender personality. Known to many as SoliderByDay on Instagram, he believed in the power of making a difference and honoring those who give back so much to their community.

After Officer Gary Vail tragically passed away in a car accident, Vail and Masonwood Development were inspired to not only pay tribute to a fallen soldier but create a celebration honoring all those who serve our communities every day. Heroes by Day now honors public servants of every kind: EMS, first responders, and those who put others first, recognizing their dedication, sacrifice, and the quiet heroism they carry into their work, day in and day out.
