Jack Meredith
Chief Financial Officer
Jack Meredith serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Masonwood Development, a role he has excelled in since September 2019. With a solid foundation in finance and accounting from his Bachelor’s degree, Jack has been a pivotal figure in Masonwood for over seven years, guiding the financial strategy behind more than $100 million in projects and the development of 860 lots. His journey at Masonwood began as a Financial Analyst, quickly ascending to CFO thanks to his expertise and leadership. Prior to Masonwood, Jack gained valuable experience at G&C Excavators, progressing from Project Manager to Junior Estimator, where he specialized in civil construction plan take-offs. A native of Austin, TX, his deep understanding of the market has been instrumental in Masonwood’s success across various projects, including land acquisition, debt management, and development planning. Jack’s diverse experience and strategic financial management continue to drive Masonwood’s mission of developing sustainable and community-focused projects in Central Texas.
Natalie Roberts
Chief Marketing Officer
Natalie Roberts joined Masonwood in 2018 and now serves as the Chief Marketing Officer, bringing over two decades of marketing experience to her role. Her journey through the ranks of National and Local homebuilders has equipped her with a profound expertise in strategic marketing and brand development. At Masonwood, Natalie’s leadership is characterized by her innovative approach to marketing and her dedication to enhancing the company’s brand visibility in new market sectors. She is responsible for leading the marketing team, formulating strategic objectives, and ensuring a cohesive brand message across various platforms. Natalie is central to the planning and execution of marketing strategies, prioritizing effective communication with target audiences. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Natalie is deeply committed to community service. Having managed numerous projects in both Austin and San Antonio Patrick is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects, consistently practicing exceptional communication and meticulous attention to detail. Tara Hatley brings over 15 years of valuable experience to the team as our Project Manager with experience spanning 7 years in Real Estate Development and an additional 15 years of collaborating with Austin’s Builders.
